The strategy is to build affordable dwelling units, provide commercial services, recreational and infrastructural network as an integrated multi-family development. This affordable housing strategy will produce affordable housing opportunities to persons of low and moderate income - customers of the National Housing Trust, a government entity mandated to provide housing solutions nationally.

 

The development site is well served by a full range of urban services: including three (3) prominent high schools, several Junior Secondary and Preparatory Schools, two Hospitals, several Churches, Police and Fire Brigade Stations, Commercial Banks and other financial institutions along with reliable commuter services.
